Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals and target audience.
- Identify key platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) for brand presence and engagement.
- Generate compelling and relevant content for social media channels, including graphics, videos, blog posts, and interactive content.
- Curate industry-related content to share with the audience and stay up-to-date with trends.
- Build and nurture an active and engaged online community around the company’s products and services.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and engaging manner.
- Encourage user-generated content and facilitate conversations.
- Develop a content calendar to plan and schedule posts, ensuring consistent and timely posting.
- Monitor content performance and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Monitor social media metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Generate regular reports showcasing key insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer support, to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive engagement and conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.

Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Creative thinking and the ability to conceptualize engaging content ideas.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.

Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating visuals is a plus.

Experience with paid social advertising is a bonus.
