JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Managing end to end recruitment and selection process.
- Onboarding new recruits.
- Administering Payroll using HR Software on a timely basis.
- Planning and executing employee engagement programs on a regular basis.
- Assisting in performance management and employee evaluation.
- Conducting offboarding procedures.
- Maintaining employee records and paperwork.
- Working on daily tasks for smooth operations.
- Managing petty cash.
- Managing and recording bills.
- Purchasing, verifying and recording equipment for the company.
- Managing existing company assets.
- Implementing company policies and procedures.
- Administrative tasks as and when they occur.
- All other tasks assigned by the direct reporting manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors in Business Administration or similar field
- Must have 2 years experience in Administration and HR.
- Proficient in Google Drive, MS Office; knowledge of HRIS is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
