JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Managing end to end recruitment and selection process.
  • Onboarding new recruits.
  • Administering Payroll using HR Software on a timely basis.
  • Planning and executing employee engagement programs on a regular basis.
  • Assisting in performance management and employee evaluation.
  • Conducting  offboarding procedures.
  • Maintaining employee records and paperwork.
  • Working on daily tasks for smooth operations.
  • Managing petty cash.
  • Managing and recording bills.
  • Purchasing, verifying and recording equipment for the company.
  • Managing existing company assets.
  • Implementing company policies and procedures.
  • Administrative tasks as and when they occur.
  • All other tasks assigned by the direct reporting manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors in Business Administration or  similar field
  • Must have 2 years experience in Administration and HR.
  • Proficient in Google Drive, MS Office; knowledge of HRIS is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good time management skills.
