Job Description:
- Research, innovate and inspire viable new product development strategies and execute up to product launch and beyond
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams, consolidate them into requirements, features, and end products
- Work on Task management tool (ClickUp, Asana, could change later)
- Work closely with business development, technical team, risk, compliance team, big data team and, etc
- Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company’s vision
- Curate User Stories and Acceptance Criteria along with tasks in ClickUp
- Curate user experience wireframes, technical and business level flow diagrams, presentations, functional specifications, and client-facing documentation
- Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)
- Learn to prioritize tasks
- Communicate with management about product plans and roadmaps and communicate this across the team
- Train and transfer knowledge about product post-launch to teams (QA, Engineering, Business, and other cross-functional)
- Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
- Track and push development and testing progress
- Conduct Scrum events with SM and make sure the events are held as per guidelines
- Research, innovate and inspire viable new product development strategies and execute up to product launch and beyond
