• Experience with Google Apps (Drive, Docs and Sheets)

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Solving Scenarios / contacting lenders
• Assessing files once completed SAF is received (4 corners / credit square)
• Preparing preliminary assessment
• Preparing all application forms to be sent out to the clients prior to submission
• Reviewing lender’s checklist and identify documents missing for submission
• Completing loan checklist (Typeform)
• Checking AOL (Review credit sections and living expenses)
• Address any compliance issues and inform to the broker
• Assigning tasks to LPS- Valuation, Pricing and Post submission as it comes
• Communicating with LPS to address queries / MIRs
• Assist in managing the pipeline via Credit Analyst inbox
• Cross train with members in the team
• Assist brokers with quality assessment
• Strengthen the brokerage services
• Grow team to develop a pool for providing services to offshoring partners
• Develop a strong management team
• Develop a new pool of brokers in Nepal
• Carry out any other related tasks or projects assigned. Undertake other ad hoc duties as may
  be required from time to time
• Prepare / train to become a mortgage broker, manager or career credit analyst
