Job Description:

•  Debtors / creditors / bank reconciliation
• Verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling accounts payable and receivable
• VAT refunds, purchase, sales, vat reconciliation
• Documents preparation for VAT
• Tax Audit
• Timely Submission of VAT / TDS and other legal obligations to the respective authority
• Interact with internal-external auditors in completing audits
• Handballing documents for import & LC
• Review and monitoring day to day accounts activities
• Preparation of master Report and other various reports for management
• Preparing and presenting financial reports for meetings
• Preparing & getting ready dashboard reports: regarding sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and aging
  reports
• Posting journal, bank deposit & bank payment entries & reconciling different accounts
