Responsibilities:

  • Assisting and managing all the new job postings and hiring
  • Timely response to all the new hires
  • Assist during screening and interviews for new hires and report keeping of all the reviewed and interviewed candidates for action
  • Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member
  • Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to the corporate culture
  • Deliver compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team each month and make recommendations to improve the company’s current offerings
  • Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction
  • Act as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations
  • Maintaining personal files of all employees and conducting audits when needed.

Qualification/ Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related business field
  • 1 to 2 years experience in a human resources supervisory position
  • Demonstrated ability to improve employee morale
  • Comprehensive understanding of local and state employment laws
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong understanding of HR software preferred

Finance Responsibilities:

  • Daily records and tracking of all the incoming invoices
  • Cross-checking all the day-to-day transactions and making journal entries
  • Prepare journal entries for accounts payable
  • Reconcile payroll records
  • Comply with established internal control practices and procedures to ensure proper management of financial transactions
  • Prepare monthly financial reports
  • Making daily balance statements of customers/suppliers and sending them for approval
  • Tracking of all the payments made
