Responsibilities:
- Assisting and managing all the new job postings and hiring
- Timely response to all the new hires
- Assist during screening and interviews for new hires and report keeping of all the reviewed and interviewed candidates for action
- Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member
- Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to the corporate culture
- Deliver compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team each month and make recommendations to improve the company’s current offerings
- Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction
- Act as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations
- Maintaining personal files of all employees and conducting audits when needed.
Qualification/ Skills:Â
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related business field
- 1 to 2 years experience in a human resources supervisory position
- Demonstrated ability to improve employee morale
- Comprehensive understanding of local and state employment laws
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of HR software preferred
Finance Responsibilities:
- Daily records and tracking of all the incoming invoices
- Cross-checking all the day-to-day transactions and making journal entries
- Prepare journal entries for accounts payable
- Reconcile payroll records
- Comply with established internal control practices and procedures to ensure proper management of financial transactions
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Making daily balance statements of customers/suppliers and sending them for approval
- Tracking of all the payments made
