Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Operation, maintenance and Up-graduation of various It equipment/ server/ Storage/ Database/ Software/ Application maintained and operated by company in line with approved IT & IS policy
• Ensure all IT functions/ processes are outlined and clearly documented
• Define SOP’s for processes/ activity within the IT Department and ensure the SOP’s are being followed during each activity/ process
• Segregate tasks to team members and monitor that the team is performing all the tasks assigned in a timely manner
• Liaise with application & vendor(s) (relatedto IT infrastructure/ systems) for maintaining uninterrupted servies of company IT system
• Ensure and monitor that the IT team is maintaining proper logs of every activity carried out in the Department
• Provide necessary support for IT system related issue to other Department Head
• Represent the IT department in management meetings/decisions on devising new products/policy applications
• Devise requirements/ targets and badgers for operation and new departments in the IT department
• Mentor team within IT Department and be accountable for performance of individual team members
• Regularly conduct team meeting and provide feedback/ guidance for performance inprovement
• Prepare succesion plan and identify successor for each position
• Develop KRA/KPI based appraisal for the team, track performance and conduct reviews
• Adhere to department policies and procedures and ensure that thebteam are also inline with the same
• Ability to develop talents within the team and hold them accountable for the results
• Enhance team engagement and development among the members and encourage them to reach full potential
• Other relevant tasks and duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to job
