Job Description:

  •  Responsible for designing the new Network, Server and firewall system in the premises.
  • Responding and resolving the support requests.
  • Install, configure & monitor Linux / Windows Server, Network, Hardware & Software.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve issues and escalate support cases as needed. Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, software licensing, and warranty claims.
  • Generate procedural documentation, installation guidelines & relevant reports.
  • Monitor, Troubleshoot & Support:
  • In-house Servers, Network devices & WorkStation.
    – Internet, VPN, LAN & Intranet connectivity in data centers.
    – Bandwidth, Process & Data Usage.
    – Support, Configure, Maintain, Update and Upgrade networks and servers.
    – Escalate critical situations to appropriate vendors.
    – Travel outside to branch offices for support.
  • Requisition and purchase of all the IT related items in the office.
  • Maintaining the record and inventor of the assets of the office.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
  • Ability to organize tasks and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
