Job Summary:
As a Front Line Support Staff member, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a
crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction. You will provide assistance, resolve inquiries, and maintain a
positive and professional relationship with our clients. Your excellent communication skills, problem-
solving abilities, and commitment to customer service will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via various communication channels (phone, email, chat) to answer inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Identify customer problems and provide effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Accurately document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system to track trends and facilitate effective follow-up.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the relevant teams to drive product/service improvements.
- Adhere to established support processes and quality standards to consistently deliver high- quality support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and assist in problem-solving.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product updates, and support techniques to provide the best possible service.
Qualification:
- Bachelors Completed or running on the IT related program.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
