Skills Required:

  • Bachelors in Human Resource Management or similar field
  • 1-2 years of experience working in Human Resource Department
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver task within timeline
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  •  Initiative and resourcefulness

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and assisting in selecting
    candidates, Onboarding candidates ,providing orientation package, briefing the candidate regarding company profile, policies, sending the introduction email
  • Staying up to date regarding labor policy and practices and updating the company policy and employee handbook if and when required to ensure equality and consistency in People, Culture & Talent approaches
  • Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management
  • Assisting and developing strategies related to Culture Development, Talent Development, Corporate Events to ensure best practices for the employees and management
  •  Assisting and conducting timely performance appraisals and recommending salary revisions and
    recommendations
  • Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental heads and planning training to enhance employees’ performance and achieve the company’s business aims
  • Managing and maintaining contracts, personnel files and other employee information
  • Providing necessary support to other team functions including administrative and operational tasks
